The  Home Loan program is a government program that aims to facilitate access for individuals to purchase a home by contracting state-guaranteed loans.

Beneficiaries can purchase the following types of housing under the program:

a) new buildings, intended for purchase, including those built through the programs developed by the National Housing Agency, for which the reception documents at the end of the new construction works were signed no later than 5 years before the date of applying for the guaranteed loan;
b) consolidated buildings, intended for purchase, for which the reception documents at the end of the intervention works in order to consolidate and / or reduce the seismic risk were signed at most 5 years before the date of requesting the guaranteed credit;
c) other categories of buildings, received at the end of the new construction or intervention works in order to consolidate and / or reduce the seismic risk, as the case may be, more than 5 years before the date of applying for the guaranteed loan.

Guarantees granted under the Program are guarantees in the name and on behalf of the state, and the guarantee percentage applies depending on the category of housing.
